Play is an essential part of human development that somehow gets lost as we grow older. Play enables us to engage with our inner sense of creativity and imagination, whilst engaging with others in a shared moment of fun.
Play / Time is an open workshop that will give participants an opportunity to engage in spontaneous play in a spirit of conviviality, acceptance and joy.
Play / Time does not require any specific skills other than a willingness to be playful! The workshop is open to all regardless of abilities or background.
The workshop is led by J. F. Jacques who is artistic director of Kempston Community Theatre that previously performed at Bedfringe in 2014. He is a performance maker interested in how play and playfulness help and support personal and community development.
Recommended for ages 16yrs+
